Decisions. Decisions.

Take action in the wise direction.

How would you rate yourself on decision making? Psychologists say people make thousands of decisions daily. All decisions, entail choosing a side and are made in context. Our personal mindsets, feelings and relationships all play a role. The good thing is that we can learn to be skilled in the decision making process. Many times, decision making is confused with problem solving. While problem solving does involve decisions, it is mostly about finding a solution to a specific problem.

Decision making is a skill in thought processing that considers alternatives and choices and can be use in a specific problem solving or any situation in life.

I believe once we are skilled in decision making, we gain confidence to confront problems across different areas objectively as well as to problem solve. In addition, I believe learning to make good decisions greatly reduces stress and improves the quality of life.
